Arizona Judge Allows Criminal Charges Against Kalshi to Proceed
A federal judge has declined to block Arizona from prosecuting the online prediction market Kalshi for alleged violations of state gaming laws. Kalshi faces 20 criminal charges, including 16 sports-related counts and four election-related counts.
